This year's Youth Legislature group recently returned from the Big River Camp Fire USA Youth Legislature program at the Old State Capitol. The students debated their bills and other bills submitted by other schools. Many of our students acheived the honor of being chosen for the Hall of Fame for their outstanding performance.

We are also proud to announce that Alex Robertson was chosen as Governor of Louisiana and Beth McWilliams was chosen as the Outstanding Legislator for the session.
