We are very proud to announce that Mrs. Dana Morrison has been chosen as the East Baton Rouge Parish  Middle School Teacher of the Year as well as the Regional Middle School Teacher of the Year. She will now move on to the State Middle School Teacher of the Year.

Mrs. Morrison is a dedicated teacher with over 20 years of experience. She joined Sherwood Middle Academic Magnet when it was first created, four years ago. We want to wish her well for the state competition and as far as her students and fellow teachers are concerned, she is already a winner!
