Hello, welcome to my web page.  I'm Mr Segura and I love math.  The greatest thing about math is it is everywhere.  From sports to money, examples abound and we will discover them together. 

Check the web site daily for updates on homework and any interesting math facts.  We will have homework every night, so make sure you keep up with it.  As I think homework reinforces what we learned in class, I want everyone to diligently work all of the problems.  With this in mind, I give 2 bonus points to the entire class if everyone does their homework on the same day!

Unit 3 is going well and the students are really starting to understand the angle relationships.  Pythagorean Theorem was a bit more difficult for some, but we will continue to review on that.  We are finishing Transformations.  The rest of this week and up to the test scheduled 18/19 Nov, we will review what has been covered...try not to miss class as the review should help you tie it all together.
